Why now

A machine can produce an image. Only an author can make it necessary.

The AI Film Festival is not here to celebrate a magic button. It brings together works that use new tools to tell stories, raise questions and shift our perspective.

The first edition embraces an intimate scale: one screen, a curated selection, creators in the room and time to discuss the craft, rights and ideas behind every image.

A civic and cultural venue

Le Sapin Vert

Just minutes from Strasbourg, this community venue brings together culture, learning and local life. The right setting for a first edition designed as an encounter, not a trade show.

Our editorial line

Technology is not the subject. Perspective is.

01 — SELECTION

Films before demos

A work must stand on its direction, rhythm, meaning and the emotion it creates.

02 — TRANSPARENCY

Show the process

Creators explain their methods, sources and the exact role of AI in their process.

03 — DIALOGUE

Neither panic nor naivety

The festival opens a demanding conversation about rights, labour, impact and new creative languages.
